We Are All Marketing are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information obtained from you during your visits to this website. Why do we collect your personal data?

For Freelancers
When joining We Are All Marketing, individuals are required to complete a contract and share basic information to be accessed internally so we can better serve you with new business opportunities.

For Clients
When first interacting with We Are All Marketing, potential clients and prospects are emailed, and their details added to Hubspot to allow us to better serve them with information related to their stage with us.

For All Marketer’s Club Members

When you register to join the All Marketer’s Club, your data will be stored in our sign up form software and migrated to our CRM under a different category to We Are All Marketing clients.

How will We Are All Marketing use the personal data collected about me?
We Are All Marketing will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in line with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, enforced under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, secure and not keep it for longer than is necessary. We Are All Marketing is required to keep certain information in accordance with the law and various industry practises for a certain period of time.

Sharing your information
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. However, we will share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our service to associates once they become a part of the community.

- Companies that help run our business; payment service providers and application platforms
- Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud

Marketing Messaging
You will be able to manage your profile with us once onboarded. Under legitimate interest, we will send you updates by email and on Slack to keep you aware of what we’re up to. If you no longer wish to receive this information, please notify hello@weareallmarketing.com.

Your information and Countries outside Europe
We do not share data outside of the United Kingdom (UK) or the European Economic Area (EEA) unless the third party is GDPR compliant. We strive to protect your data as if it was our own.
